Hellerup Klassiske Balletskole – Hellerup, Denmark 

Directed by Sanne Stahnke, graduated dancer from the Royal Theatre and School of American Ballet.

Sanne Stahnke has her dancer education from the Royal Theatre and School of American Ballet. Her career as a dancer has mainly taken place outside the country, for instance at Dutch National Ballet in Amsterdam and at Städische Bühnen in Frankfurt. She has also worked as a soloist at Theater und Philharmonie in Essen and at Malmö Stadsteater. The last year of her dancing career was spent at the Pantomime Theatre in Tivoli. Susanne has all along taught ballet at all levels.

This year is the 3rd season for Hellerup Klassiske Balletskole. Children, young and adults are taught classical ballet. The purpose is to give all pupils, without regard to level of ambition, the possibility of seriously training classical ballet as the wonderful way of expressing oneself, it represents. The school participates in the Great Ballet School Day at the Royal Theatre.
